| The idea guy:
Tony Sandlin has been involved in ballooning for over 20 years and has been a pilot since 2002. After receiving his commercial license in 2005, Tony found it very difficult to take calls from passengers to book rides while trying to work a full-time job. On top of the bookings it was even harder to keep a list of folks that wanted to fly and then try to work down the list when a good day come up. So Tony decided to allow specific day bookings! Of course dates get canceled due to weather, but customers like knowing they reserved the date they wanted even if the chances were high it would get canceled. Tony has been using the scheduler system for 3 years now which saves hours in time each week during the ballooning season. Tony also uses the system as a way of keeping his crew informed about events, training, tethers and dates when he is out of town and not flying.
