HAB Calendar is an easy to use scheduling system that will help you manage your reservations, and accept online payments. Linked from your website with an easy to use format and administrative area for you, customers can reserve specific dates and pay for their hot air balloon ride of a lifetime!

This scheduling system displays your availability to customers and can receive online payments for all your bookings. The system runs on your website 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with no hand holding from you. When a reservation is made, an email confirmation is sent to you and your customer. This system can be set up in minutes and is fully secured and encrypted to keep your private business information safe.

With no required hosting and PCI Complaint credit card services, HAB Calendar is the answer to your time management stress! A helpful tool for your hot-air balloon company, this system allows you to be more productive in other responsibilities within your business. How to get Started

Cost: $195 per year with a one-time setup fee of $25. There are no monthly fees and following years will only be $195 per year. In most areas this cost is less than what you will receive from 1 paying passengers!

HAB Calendar can set your balloon scheduling system up in just a few days. You supply your logo or picture of your balloon along with your contact info and we do the rest.  The system will work for a ride pilot with one  or two balloons or. (To use with three or more balloons please contact us.)

We will also provide you with a button “Book a Ride” to add to your website.
You will have full access to your own back office section that will allow you to:

1. Block out dates
2. Add a second balloon
3. Check passenger information
4. Upload reports of past and future passengers

For an additional one-time fee of $395 we will set up your scheduler section to accept all major credits cards using PayPal and/or Google checkout that will require no monthly fees. The payment system is not required to use the schuedule system.

Need a Website?

If you don’t have a website or would like to redo your current website we can help.  For $2500 we will design a custom hot air balloon site that you can make changes to on your own.  We will design a multipage website using Word Press that can include pages for:

1. Blogging / Flight Diary with photos
2. Photo Gallery
3. Video Gallery
4. Contact info
5. Info page
6. About You
7. And any other pages you may  desire

If we make a website for you we will give you the HAB Calendar system ½ off the first year and the payment system for only $200, that’s a savings of $600.
